SANARY-CENTRE very nice air-conditioned apartment of 71m2, with terrace, completely renovated by an architect early 2019, comfortable and very equipped, on the port of Sanary.
Located in the heart of Sanary, its location allows you to do everything on foot: shops, shops, port, restaurants, beaches...

The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen overlooking a nice landscaped terrace of 27m ² with view on the Esplanade and the sea, 2 bedrooms with direct access to the terrace for two people (one with double bed of 160 * 200 and another with 2 beds of 90 * 190). the living room is equipped with a sofa bed (140 * 190) for 2 persons, a flat screen TV and a dining table. The kitchen offers a very complete equipment for a holiday rental. Bathroom, separate WC and laundry room (washing machine drying). Wifi.

This exceptional location in Sanary places you within walking range of restaurants, shops, the market and the beach.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and last floor without elevator of a historic building of the harbor.
