Appartement moderne de deux chambres avec tout le confort dans le

Séjour très réussi, appartement moderne ( avec parking 2 places) spacieux, propre, clair, avec ascenseur, en plein centre-ville, à une ruelle de 50m du port, proche tous commerces, supérette, boulangeries, ruelles commerçantes, cafés, restaurants. Plages à 10 à 15 minutes à pied!

The apartment has a living room opening onto a terrace with outdoor table and chairs for dining, a fully equipped open kitchen. A first bedroom with double bed (160cm) and a second bedroom with pull-out beds (2x80cm). A bathroom with double sink and bathtub. Independent WC.
Built in 2016, the building and the apartment meet PMR standards and have an elevator.
New and modern apartment. Quiet residence, private double parking space.
