Spread over two floors, this house comprises, on the ground floor, a pleasant air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and storage space, as well as a shower room with WC.

Upstairs, a mezzanine features two separate 80 cm single beds, as well as storage space.

For your comfort, each sleeping area has its own fan, in addition to the air conditioning in the living room. The accommodation also benefits from Wi-Fi access.

Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant private garden of approximately 100 m², ideal for relaxing. A private parking space completes this property.

Sanary-sur-Mer, located 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, is a renowned seaside resort with an authentic Mediterranean fishing port, pedestrian streets lined with small shops, excellent restaurants and pretty little squares cooled by fountains. Both peaceful and lively, it is the perfect destination for a wonderful holiday at any time of the year!

The town offers an incredible variety of colourful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours, etc.) in a setting that enjoys sunshine for most of the year. A wide range of activities is available: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema and casino, not forgetting the essential pleasures of swimming and sunbathing!

The town, whose market was voted "France's Most Beautiful Market" in 2018, offers the finest local products, as well as fresh fish from local fishermen and fresh flowers every morning at the port. During the summer, you can also enjoy a night market featuring handcrafted products.

Numerous boat trips depart from the harbour, allowing you to discover marine wildlife (whales, sperm whales, dolphins, etc.), as well as the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques of Cassis!
