Comfortable 58.60 m² apartment accommodating up to 6 people, located in a quiet residence just a short walk from shops, the port of Sanary, and the beaches. Everything can be done on foot from the apartment. It features a spacious living area with a TV lounge and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a pleasant terrace ideal for outdoor dining. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm) and the other with a double bed (160 cm). A shower room and separate WC complete the apartment. Fully renovated apartment set in a peaceful residence, with a private 15 m² garage and a bicycle storage room within the residence.

Sanary-sur-Mer, located 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic Mediterranean fishing port, pedestrian streets lined with small shops, excellent restaurants, and charming squares cooled by fountains, is a renowned tourist destination—both relaxing and lively—where you are sure to enjoy a wonderful holiday at any time of the year.
The area offers a wide variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours, etc.) in a sunny setting for most of the year. Numerous activities are available, including sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, and a casino— not to mention swimming and sunbathing.
The town’s market, voted “Most Beautiful Market in France” in 2018, offers the best local produce, fresh fish from local fishermen, and fresh flowers every morning at the port. In summer, you can also enjoy a night market featuring handmade crafts.
Many boat trips depart from the port to discover marine wildlife (whales, sperm whales, dolphins), as well as the natural beauty of nearby islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques of Cassis.
The port is also a major hub of festivities throughout the year (Traditional Festival, Springtime in Sanary, Just Rosé, Music and Dance Festival, and many other events organized by local multicultural associations), including during the holiday season, when the town’s spectacular Christmas lights—now famous—can be admired.
