In a quiet area, and 3 mins walk from the beautiful cove of Beaucours (and 6 mins from the white sand beach of La Gorguette by direct access), discover this residence with swimming pool perfect for your holidays. Air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment of 30 m² duplex with a bedroom on the mezzanine of 20 m² and a double sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate 4 people. Its terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the park will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation. Air conditioner.
Ideally located in a quiet and popular area of Sanary, you will reach the city center in 10 minutes by car, and will be able to take full advantage of the various activities that Sanary offers. Private parking in residence.

Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic typical Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares refreshed by fountains, is a tourist town renowned, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season!
Sanary offers an immense variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours…) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available to you: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, gambling casino... not to mention the inevitable sea and sunbathing!
The city whose market was elected in 2018 "most beautiful market in France", offers you the best of local products as well as fresh fish from fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering handicrafts.
